3. Copying and Use of Information by Website Owners Linking to 4B Websites
All graphics, video footage and photographs on our sites are protected by U.S. copyright, international treaties and other applicable copyright laws. 4B may grant permission to copy and distribute information on its websites as long as all the following conditions are met:

5. Actions
4B reserves the right to withhold, restrict or curtail use of our logo or name should this Policy be violated. If a company or individual violates this Policy and uses the 4B logo or name without permission the following actions will be taken:
- A cease and desist letter will be issued to the individual or entity stating that he/she/it is not in compliance with the 4B Policy.
- If a violator does not follow the first cease and desist letter, 4B’s attorney will issue a second letter.
6. No Liability
4B will not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any content published by 4B, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof. By linking to or reproducing any 4B content, you hereby irrevocably release and discharge 4B, and their respective affiliates and the officers, directors, employees and agents of the foregoing, from any and all claims, causes of action, costs, damages and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to such content.
